Martial Arts

Our summer campers do martial arts classes daily, in a three-week rotating curriculum.

They are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced groups during class time, so they are always working with other kids their own age and maturity level, and practicing techniques that are developmentally appropriate.

The martial arts we study include: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. We also work on basic Athletic Development skills in all classes, including agility, coordination, endurance, strength and speed.

Here is the martial arts daily schedule:

Mondays: Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (with the uniform)

Tuesdays: Muay Thai Kickboxing and Boxing

Wednesdays: Wrestling

Thursdays: Judo

Fridays: No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (without the uniform)
